CHECK-IN

1. SELF CHECK-IN

When you arrive, please use the tablet provided for self check-in. Once check-in is complete, feel free to take a few moments in the lounge to relax your body and mind before your lesson.

2. LESSON GUIDE

One of the ways to enhance meditation practice is through aromatherapy, using essential oils to ground and center you. After selecting an oil, place a drop on your wrists and massage into the skin before the lesson begins.
The mindfulness lesson is a 45-minute program of instruction in turning your awareness to your mind and body to deepen your understanding of consciousness.

3. RELAX AND REFLECT WITH HERBAL TEA

After your lesson, you can choose from six different herbal teas, whichever blend suits you.
We invite you to take time to reflect and talk about your experience with your fellow classmates.

Our original blends of organic herbal tea come in six varieties, each named for a specific theme.
After your lesson, you can treat yourself to tea and take a cleansing breath to relax.
